MY WORSE ASIAN FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER! THE WAITER IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL, HE STANDS RIGHT IN YOUR PERSONAL SPACE WHERE YOU COULD SMELL HIS SMOKY BREATHE. THE FOOD WAS COLD AND NASTY. A DUCK DISH THAT WAS 90% ONIONS AND 10% DUCK MEAT. THE FOOD WAS COLD AND NASTY. FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME EVER!

Just had a great sushi lunch. Quick service, delicious food.

Love to eat here before or after the movies! Food is always excellent! Great sushi and excellent service!

4

Very consistent food and service. Specialty rolls are the best. The decor is very tired. Inexpensive date night.

We have dined in and have had take out many times. Always consistent and always good hence why we go back. Large menu of all the usual, the chefs specials and of course sushi. Give it a try..... u might like it we sure do.

5

Best Chinese takeout in the area. I'll be giving their sushi a try soon!

4

Good food, the younger waitstaff don't act like they want to be there. Besides that it was fine 😊

Always a favorite. Great sushi, awesome specials. Perfect place to stop in before or after a movie.

4

Really great lunch deals. Sushi rolls were delcious and fresh. The scallion pancake was a little heavy but overall good experience

5

Great place, very quiet both times I've been there. Service is friendly and speedy. Food is authentic and their menu is extremely diverse. Definitely worth trying if you are in the area!

My family has been going here to celebrate birthdays and holidays for at least a decade. Eating here has literally become a tradition. Their entrées are absolutely stunning, and the sushi is just as impressive.. Some of their servers are very difficult to understand... That being said, I have never laughed so hard in a restaurant. The Bistro is truly a local gem.

Food is good, wait staff boy seemed miserable. Will hardly speak above a whisper, prompting you to ask him to repeat. We waited 35 minutes after finishing our food for the bill. We were not checked on one, I had to go up front to pay my bill. Boy was sitting on bar stool. Environment is incredible, just replace that boy.

Love this Bistro! We eat here every time we are in Vermont! The food is great and the prices are affordable. They have awesome sushi and we love their mixed drinks as well! Service was great!

Christmas day lunch with my family of six. We had a reservation, but there were plenty of tables available. Minglin was our server. She was friendly & helpful. We each ordered a main dish and a couple apps. We shared with small plates, too. Some of our favorites Duck, Tangerine Beef, Pad noodles. Delicious and great value for large portions. Everything was fresh & well seasoned. Mochi I love for dessert. I like that they give you 3 flavors, Strawberry, Mango & green tea. Mochi is ice cream covered in a sort of rice fondant. Scrumptious! Of course everyone enjoyed the Fortune Cookies. Hope this becomes our new tradition!

Nice and quiet. Great food and portions

Consistently good food (been here many times) but the wait staff could be a little more pleasant. While I understand English is not their first language, you shouldn't come off like your customers are a burden. Improve that and this would easily be 4 stars

What a disappointment! I ate here several years ago and enjoyed a lovely meal. The food today was barely edible. The egg roll was extremely bland and the wrapping had an odd texture and taste. Then the orange chicken arrived. Oh boy. Syrupy and overly sweet. Like so sweet I'm glad my pancreas is in working order. My dining partner's sesame beef had little sesame and also was extremely sweet. Plus, the teenage waiter was so shy and barely spoke English I felt sorry for him. Skip this place in favor of the numerous other restaurants in Williston.

Their food is always tasty! This time, I tried the pu pu platter. Gosh, that was good! Just go! You won't be disappointed, if you go to the one in Williston.
